my way of seeing through black and white photography.

a visual practice centred on the relationship between presence, space and perception. this is what i intend to explore through photography.

my work moves between urban environments, open landscapes and fragments of everyday life, where the human figure may appear as a minimal presence within spaces that contain it, cross through it, or exceed it.

i am drawn to moments in which ordinary places become something less familiar: when light, emptiness, scale or distance alter the way a space is perceived. my photographs seek not simply to document what is in front of the camera, but to reveal subtle relationships between the body and its surroundings, between what is visible and what seems to dissolve into space.

the reduction of elements and the attention to spatial relationships occupy a central place in my visual language. architecture, landscape, natural surfaces and everyday spaces become structures of rhythm, matter and distance.

across these different environments, i return to questions of presence and absence, proximity and distance, movement and stillness. the photographs are an attempt to remain attentive to these tensions rather than resolve them.

the image may extend into brief textual fragments that accompany without describing, allowing word and photography to move in parallel and leaving space for association and interpretation.

my work proposes an angle for observing the fragility and transience of human presence in the face of immensity, emptiness and time, inhabiting a territory where looking becomes a form of contemplation.
